For quite a while I was pondering the thought and idea of having my own reference material, for things that interest me. To be more precise - on the Animals and plants I take photos of.
I do have a bookshelf full of fieldguides, but the thought of having everything in one place intrigues me.
And my own website seems to be a great place to store it, too.
Finally I ran into the right tool to transport the idea into reality - and I created three Glossaries - and their content is available to my visitors, too.
Here are the three: (An example term of how it will appear within the Website is next to the link to the Glossary itself.
Photography Knowledgebase ……………………………………… DOF
Animal Knowledgebase …………………………………………….. American Alligator
Plant Knowledgebase ………………………………………………. Prickly Pear
If you have Questions, Suggestions or the inevitable Correction - let me know!
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave me so many kind nods. I really appreciate it!
I will try to respond to questions and if you have a site, I'll try to come by and visit.
But time's always limited - so I can't promise to respond to every single comment. Cheers!
And don't worry if your comment does not appear on the site right away. Sometimes the Anti-Spam
Software puts comments in moderation. They will appear, once approved! :) Cheers!
