A couple of weeks ago I was approached by Jason of Custom Canvas Print and asked, if I'd like to review their product.
And of course – it couldn't have come at a better time for me – since one of my images just got a double spread in Germany's
View magazine. So the chance of getting a free canvas of that picture was none that I wanted to pass on!
But it was also important, that my review could be absolutely honest. In the past years I have been approached several times
and declined, because they were conditional – like in – do not disclose the fact that you got something in return, or "The review
has to use the following text…". Here's Jason's answer to my question:
"Honesty is what we're looking for. This program is our attempt to get real and honest reviews of our product."

Great Blue on fire
Now that was something I could live with and agreed to do the review.

The order procedure was simply and self explanatory and soon after the Canvas was ordered. I was kept informed on every step
of the way via email (Canvas was shipped, FedEx Tracking Number etc.) and then the canvas arrived.
A box as big as a car door was delivered to my office. And there it was – a beautiful 16×28 inch Canvas print with very vibrant colors,
perfectly matched to those of the original. Mounted on a thin frame and artist wrapped around the corners – it sure was a pleasure
and I couldn't have be more satisfied.
Below some images…

All in all a great job, that these guys did on my picture and it took a while to get the smile out of my face! ;)
One little thing though – which isn't a critique, more of a suggestion. Something that I've seen done in Europe and which would
make it totally perfect – even if it concerns an area, that doesn't see the light of day, but would be the icing on the cake.
Why not use white textile tape and go over the edges, to hide the staples? Again, just a suggestion for the quest of perfection.

So thank you Jason and the team of Custom Canvas Print!

Please note, that I received the above Canvas for free in exchange for my review. However – I was given
the opportunity to do so regardless of the outcome – so if these guys would not have delivered a great product – it would have shown
in my review.
