What a strange head! And a blue beak, wow.
It’s so good to be home and to get back to your blog, Klaus. I had enough ibises outside my kids’ window for the past six weeks in Australia. Your bird pictures are heavenly.

Klaus, this bird would put punk rockers to shame with that ‘do! I love how you captured the spike feathers, blue face and red eyes. Kinda reminds me of the Jabberwocky as illustrated by Graeme Base
