I love hayballs and stormy skies so this was a treat for me. This is the kind of shot which makes me smell the scents that I know would be there were I walking across the field.
There is nothing quite so satisfying as seeing a field of freshly baled hay. Well, maybe a totally cleared of hay-bales field is more satisfying, but precious little beyond that could be more satisfying. Great picture!
Beautiful photo! I passed a field today with hay bales and thought about taking a picture, but didn’t. The sky wasn’t near as pretty as your sky!!
Thanks for sharing your beautiful photo’s with us.
Take care
Hay, Klaus! That’s an incredibly composed shot! I love it! Such an ominous sky and the field of hay… wow! You dew good work! Really, you dew great work!
I love hay bales! I did some a few months ago. There is a farm across from the entrance of my subdivision so I get to see them all the time! I love the perspective and colors in your, Klaus!
Beautiful Klaus, more magical in b/w. Reminds me of the Wizard of OZ. Happy weekend. I know your plate is full with both sky watch and my world, I just want to say you and the gang are doing a great bang up job on both memes. And keep up the good work.
It’s beautiful sky and love the color. thanks for visiting my SWF!

Very nice photo. I remember many times while growing up on a farm, we had to rush to get the hay in the barn because of a dark cloud coming our way.

Great, fun picture. It gives the impression of a giant video game.
Looks great even if it does mean bad weather. It has a stark colorless look that accents the shot….I assume that was your aim

Looks like quite a storm is brewing up!
That sky does look very ominous! The farmer will be wishing he had his hay safely in the barn!
That looks just like a painting. Very well done.
Oh that looks like the weather is going to rain that time…Tc
it really looks like a movie’s commercial, nice shot!
Happy skywatch!
This is a little different for you, Klaus. I like the softness of it, it’s reminiscent of sepia tints.
