I LOVE these!! We have some along the marshes here but they are not as brightly colored as yours! Ours are green with tinges of red (I took a pic last summer but haven’t seen any this year). I love yours!!

You can see the ‘dew’ on the plant! Isn’t it a pretty colour too? Perhaps that is where the sun part of the name comes from. Great photo!

This reminds me of those flowers that emit a horrific smell to attract insects that are then stuck on the sticky parts. I am sure this isn’t one of them but it reminded me of those. It is quite beautiful.
