Hi, since you left a comment on a random post of mine, here’s back at ya! I think there needs to be a more explicit definition of what you mean by commercial. If I sell anything at all on my website, does that make it commercial, even if its not the skywatch photos I’m selling? Does having ads on my site make it commercial? What does and does not make it commercial? Is this something that will be decided only after the fact? Is it something that is a matter of opinion or is it clearly defineable? Is there a way to reach “the skywatch team” without randomly clicking around to find a blog that matches the initials that were signed? Thanks!

Well - for one - you reached a member of the skywatch team now. The comment I made wasn’t random - it was on your skywatch post for one.
But it wasn’t about your site content, but about commenting, using Mary Kay
advertising on Skywatchers posts. And when people complain we follow up.
Now it’s not a biggie - just leave the advertising out, when commenting
on posts of fellow Skywatchers. That’s all. What you do on your site, if you advertise or not - that’s none of our beeswax. Just if people get comments
with advertising in it - then we get to hear the complaints.
So - that’s all! No censorship allure on our end. Just asking to respect
the “just for fun” nature of Skywatch. If you have more questions - feel free to ask. So are we good?

If you’ll read my questions, you’ll see that I am not asking about your comment about commenting. I’m asking about the “Skywatch Ettiquette” page that says commercial sites shouldnt register as sky watch posts. Not one of my questions asks about commenting, so your answer didnt really answer my questions. Would you try again? Thanks!
