Another rather weird looking Bird - the Flamingo View definition in a new window. And tough to get a headshot of - these guys have no concept of standing still! :)

    Great photographs of the birds ..

    We have flamingos on the salt lakes at Santa Pola and La Mata - always excited to see them - and always viewed from a bus or taxi as we fly down the road.

    Love this shot! So much there to grab one’s attention…. the bright, vivid colors, the small water droplets, the spooky eyes, the strange beak….
    I studied this pic for quite a while. Thanks for the entertainment!

    The detail of your photos is amazing and this delivers no less. The eyes, the color, the drops of water on the feathers…. Wow!
