lovely! I’m new to the wonderful world of photography (been taking pictures for years, but without a lot of thought going into what I was doing). Is that a straight out of the camera shot? I know the fresh waters of Florida are sometimes black and wonder if that’s what it is.

Tho I’ve taken photos for years (3 kids), I’m just now beginning to think about what I’m doing when snapping and then editing away. That said, my question to you is, is your beautiful photo of the egret straight from the camera or have you edited it? I know much of the fresh water in Florida looks black and am thinking maybe that’s just a gorgeous natural unedited shot?
Your photos never cease to amaze me.
